Who's Temi?

A few years ago, I was figuring things out like most women, trying to raise my babies, show up at work, and still carve out something that felt like mine. I didn’t have a fancy network or special tech skills. What I had was a desire to build a life that gave me freedom and options.

I got my start in remote work and over time, I helped thousands of women across Africa land remote jobs with global companies. It became more than a passion, it was purpose. While growing my career and leading global teams, I also started building my own business quietly in the background. I ran workshops, launched digital products, and showed up consistently for a community of women who were just like me, trying to figure it out.

It wasn’t always perfect. I learned a lot by trying, failing, and starting again. But I figured out a system that works, and it helped me grow a coaching and digital business that now brings in consistent income every month.
